What the crap is that? Looks like the kind of weird nuts that I've got on my chainsaw, needs a special wrench with 4 pins on it, but the chainsaw ones don't have a stud coming through the middle like yours do...

try and use a small 3-4" grinder blade wrench and grab it on the corner and use the stud as leverage, if it's not too tight it may just pry off without damaging anything

otherwise you will need someone to get a tool made up
