Import Diagnostic/trouble Code Retrieval

hey guys, I'm new to this forum and i recently purchased an imported 2000 Nissan Skyline r34 GT, i've had it for a few months now and just a week or so ago the 'check engine' light came on, i brought it to the mechanic it turned out to be an electrical issue. i was hoping someone knows where or how i could find the list of diagnostic codes/trouble codes for this exact vehicle? preferable a link or website of some sort? any relevant information would be appreciated!

i think the check engine light on the r34 usually means the coils are on the way out
