Running Twin Oil Pressure Gauges?

Hi guys

Just received my Defi Din gauges and i plan on running one of the gauges as oil pressure as it would be far more accurate then the standard gauge..

my question is can i have both the standard and aftermarket gauges both reading oil pressure as i dont want my standard one just sitting there lifeless

is it a simple matter of just splicing into the wire and running it off to each gauges? will that give a false reading, inparticular on my defi gauge?

You cant go and splice into the stock gauge wiring.

You need a sandwich plate that goes between the filter and the block to use the defi gauge's sender.

So the defi sender cant be used on the standard oil pressure sender is...

Your saying i must use a sandwich plate for the defi gauge? or are you saying i need the sandwich plate to run both?
