Stagea Stereo Install Help

Im looking at installing a new stereo system in my stagea this week and have a few questions before I get started

I have the xanavi nab screen and cassette player setup at the moment, anyone have a wiring diagram for the plug into the cassette player or do aerpro or anyone make a conversion harness that fits?

It also has factory tweeters in the a pillars, how do you get to them? Do the grills pop off and unscrew the tweeter with the trim still on or do I have to pull off the big a and b pillar trim pieces?

I got a set of 6.5" alpine speakers to go in, do they fit into the factory speaker pods ok or is a little modification required

im looking to put a pioneer into my s2 stagea with factory setup and premium sound pack unde the xanavi aswell

If you have the standard speakers in the doors you will need to make or buy spacers because the originals are all one piece (speaker and spacer). Also in the DIY section you will find the wiring diagram, I used it last week to put in my stereo and woked a charm.

I just tried to install a kenwood into my 1999 W34 S2 stagea using a SCOSCHE 1995-UP Car Stereo Connector but when I plugged it in, no power. It seems the wiring harness is different does anyone have a pinout for the stereo connectors?
