33 Gtr Miss When Cold.. Help Me Please

my 33gtr just developed a bit of a miss,

i have removed my coilpacks and they are all fine, new splitfires,

spark plugs were all pretty black and the piston tops were all black as hell, heaps of carbon/ rich tune

thought one of the spark plugs was wet, so pressure tested the coolant system to see for head gasket issue, all good

removed the injectors and had them cleaned and flow tested as i thought one might be leaking maybe but they are all perfect..

starting to scratch my head now, might have to take it for a retune and a good couple of hour thrashing to clear some carbon out and see if this fixes the miss. when its hot it seems to boost and run perfect but when its warming and you notice the splutter its a bit concerning.

anyone have any ideas on where to go from here?
