Hi there, So im about to get my P1 License and i have been looking at the Skyline V35 350GT, and was wondering if it is legal for a P1 to drive it cuz i have contacted a few Dealerships and they told me it is P-plate approved tho on the RTA website it says it isnt... Does it only mean Turbo ones aernt approved? or whats the go =\ ?

Nope, these cars are on the banned list in NSW. Luckily for me in QLD they are legal and i'm on my P's. Other option would be buying an Autech S15 maybe, i'm pretty sure they're P plate legal in NSW.

Thanks guys... And that sucks shit! I hate NSW now > :(

Wanted it so bad... The Coupe looks amazing, Any other cars that look that good that i can drive D: ?

For a really race-spec street car I'd recommend a Integra DC2R....they sound great when theyre on song. My friend has one with full exhaust, apexi power fc, and cold air intake and its slightly quicker than my S15 (ADM) in a straight line.

OR

You could always go a Pulsar VZ-R N1 (Iron Chef currently has one for sale I think) - they have 200hp and go 0-100 in 6.80 seconds (stock standard).....add on full exhaust, ecu etc and itll be veryyyy quick. These have an SR20VE so they are veryyyy high revving :D.

Or if you prefer RWD you'd might be interested in an S2000?

they actually have the SR16VE, not SR20VE. no pulsar ever came with the SR20VE as standard.
