Argh! After spending the better part of 3 hours trying to wire up a Q45 throttle body to an ECR33 I give up!

Does anyone have the correct pinouts to wire it up? Or can someone with one currently on a car have a look + see how it's been connected?

The only results I have gotten from mix and matching is either the ECU won't turn on (shorted out) or the voltage is displayed inverse - at idle it's on 5V and works it's way down as the accelerator is depressed... or something like that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I can't seem to find a QH45 wiring diagram either..

OK - no digi cam - but here is what I see:

Looking at the plug when the latchy release thing is at the top

TPS Side

1 2 3

-------------------------

1 2 3

ECU Side

TPS Side

1 = Pink (left)

2 = White (middle)

3 = Blue (right)

ECU Side

1 = Black with red stripe (left)

2 = White, thick wire (middle)

3 = Black, solid (right)

So from left to right (plug latch thingy on the top)

Pink on TPS side goes to Black red stripe on the ECU side

White on the TPS side goes to White (thick wire) on the ECU side

Blue on the TPS side goes to solid black on the ECU side.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the help guys, the problem was that I was connecting the active three wires on the loom up to the wrong connector on the throttle body - logically I thought the active connector on the t body was the one directly mounted on the shaft, but it's the loose one that is hanging off the throttle body!
