Hey guys just wanting to know if this is a big job or if I were to take it to a mechanic what they would be likely to charge?

Found myself a tidy gtr for $9000. Still runs smooth, heaps of goop in the radiator. Wondering if its worth purchasing? It's dead stock .

as dicussed with you yesterday it depends what the mechanic finds wrong with it. . piston rings might have been cooked therefore they will have lost the tension. . . mechanic also may need to machine head flat if its warped and he needs to determine what caused the hg to go in the first place. . there are too many variables to give you an accurate costing on repairs
