Hello,

I have the MTX-L Innovate wideband, and will need to get the narrowband simulation from it as i dont have two sensor bungs.

Which wire/pin from the ECU would i need to use to connect to the "yellow" wire from the controller. Or am i able to splice the original narrowband plug from the car and connect it to that.

Car is 1998 R34 GTT M/T

Thankyou

Splice into it, better yet make a clean cut so you don't get anything noise/interference etc..

On my old R33, I just snipped it and joined it straight to the narrowband output on the Innovate LC-1 unit. Worked a treat!

There is two outputs for that. One is 0v to 5v and one is 0.1 to 1.1v i think. In the guide it advises to connect the 0v to 5v to the ground on the original narrowband plug to simulate narrowband.

Would it matter which one to use i would rather connect to the ECU pin 50 then run the wire through the engine bay.

Thanks

use the 0.1 to 1, that's the narrow band, 0 to 5V is the wide band output. Use that for your aftermarket ECU or datalogging component.

Yeah, splice in on the ECU harness, but what I meant was sever the line and have a clean direct connection to the ECU
