Help Me With Wheel Sizing & Fitment!

Can anyone shed some light on the below wheels as inwhat size/offset they are? I was looking into 18x10.5 +15 for my 33 GTR, but want to know what sort of specs these are before i commit...

18 x 10 + 12 will have you sitting flush with the guards, going 18 x 10.5 + 15 is only minimally wider
