Yer it looks like someone had put a wrong size rim on and scraped it out badly.

Only saw it when i went to paint them. someone had bogged it up and painted it black

im not sure actually, i never asked if they could be repaired etc. In saying that they have been on my car for 2 years and i never knew that it was like it.

And the only reason i didnt repair or even see about it is i had another lined up.
