500hp@ the wheels or crank?

At least replace you internals with forged pistons for reliability. Your rods will be capable of supporting that sort of hp (@ the crank).

Metal head gasket doesn't hurt either.

Need to look into your fuel system too and engine management.

Oil pump upgrade also worth while considering for piece of mind i.e. N1 oil pump.

I don't think I need to elaborate on the exhaust / forced induction side of things.
