do you know what size is this hose? and where can i find it in melbourne? preferably, cbd or south east suburbs

I need to know that too. But not the bridging one. The one to the right that I think is the return.

Enka, measure the thickness of the connections and head down to bunnings to grab some replacement hose, they should have something of the right size. You can rotate the connections if required.

Laith as a temp fix for your cracked one, you can bind it nice and tight with a heap of electrical tape

oh well mine is cracked too, been using tape forever since, but feels like, it's not a good thing to do, does it affect anything in the engine/airflow with 2/3 layers of tape on it?

Nope won't affect it, I used to do it on my last car, although the tape didn't last long!

Sold the car after buying coilpacks, misfire annoyed me that much.... It only crossed my mind it was that vac leak a year later (young and naive).

I just replaced that hose on a 33 recently and used standard heater hose. What size is the fitting? Is the 34 a different size?
