Rb25 In A S15

I have a s15 and just put a rb 25 motor in it . How can i get an engineering certificate and how much would it be. From nsw

These are the things you ask BEFORE you do the work. As far as I know going up in capacity means you need to get emission tests and what not which can be expensive and you won't always pass.

i dont think you can engineer an older motor in a later model car

It has been done before, I know of a couple of conversions. Give Greg Boyle a call at Auto Sport. He races an S15 with an RB26 conversion, though it is not road registered.

He can also organise an engineers certificate..

lol its just became a shit load harder, the laws all have changed, you can get it done by 3 different engineers in nsw without it going to the pits. but there stricked as, or u can just go through any engineer like autosport at kirawee, were i got mine done but you need to go to the rta pits and there F***ed with there shit, plus it goes onto the police records,

+1 for Greg Boyle at Autosport, know several people who have had cars engineered by him including Rb25 into a S13 (similar I guess)
