imo fmic..., then the powerfc after

enables you to run the extra boost with abit more safety, and there is only so much you can tune on a what is an almost stock car. sure there is power to be made with a good tune on a close to stock r33, but you are going to have to get the car tuned AGAIN after you get an fmic after the powerfc anyway, saves abit of cash. If you are really concerned about fuel consumption, get yourself a S-AFC (piggyback fuel computer) as a temp bandaid and then sell it when you can afford a powerfc. Jap items usually hold a good resale value and you'd lose very little.
