Might need a little more detail, as in...

What size are they? Diameter - Width - Offset.

Tyre size? Diameter - Width - Profile.

Is the car lowered? Are they scraping the guards? Suspension? Inner Guard lining? Only on bumps? Front? Back? Only when turning on full lock? etc...

The rims are 18x8.5 and 18x9 +11 and im not sure on the tyres but i think they are 18 240x45 i think and it scraps on bumps, corners and full lock i cant really pin point what it is scraping on exactly, and the car is only 5mm of standard height.

For those widths, you'll need a larger offset wheel, something closer to +20 or higher. Your current +11 is too small an offset, which is probably making the tyres rub on the guards when you hit bumps because the wheel is sitting too far out. The lower the offset, the further out the wheels will stick...

The wheel and tyre widths will not be the problem, the offset will.

you know, at first glance I didn't notice the wider front guard beyond the flare. I love the pics from your old car collection.

Josh, we really need to know where it is rubbing, although from the offset it seems likely it is rubbing on the guard. That can only be fixed by rolling or flaring the guard, or changing to differet offset wheels.
