Last time I wore shorts with length, they tore from balls to ass during an ATG squat.

Basketball shorts all the way mang. Best gym wear I've ever worn. Really gotta get myself some more next time I'm in USA lol

Well, here's my effort.. Like said have to use dumbbells. Shit cam angle sorry - no one to film so its resting on a bench against my bottle. I kinda took it slow.. Probably for the worse.. Yeah I know its not touching my chest - should I aim for it to with dumbbells?

I'm 79.8kg morning, 82ish night, 40kg dumbbells. 13 reps

Get those bad girls lower! I reckon you need to at least touch the plates of the dumbells to your chest.

When you think about it, with the way you are doing it in the vid if that were a barbell you'd be a fair few inches from your chest still...

Good effort 10_4; dumbells aren't easy.

I also agree with Mitch; the dumbell plates should at least touch your chest. Bringing them lower will make you stronger at the exercise too :)
