R32 With Rb25Det In Qld Mod Plate

Hi

I just bought my 3rd skyline and this time it's a R32 with RB25DET but its not mod plated.

Anyone knows who can help me sorting the engineers certificate / mod plate so I can have a legal car on the road.

I'm at a outside brissy but can travel I guess.
