Hey guys,

I have a Series 2 R33 GTST which i have fitted a few mods to but my latest is the Profec B Spec II due to getting it with all wiring for $120. :D

Issue is (being honest here) i have no idea how to set my "gain, set gain" etc.

I have the boost set where i want it (7 on low and 11 on high) but it seems to come on boost alot different between the settings...

Does anyone have some settings in theirs that i could have so i can get mine right..or an idea on what i should set it to?

Cheers

Ben

SET is how much boost you want to run (which isn't in any scale of bar or PSI, in some weird %)

GAIN is the duty cycle, how hard you want it to come on.. ideally I just wind this sucker up to about 20 and if there are spikes just slowly drop it till the boost is nice and flat

Not too hard to setup, if you're around Sydney I can show you how to do it and also set it up for you for a 6 pack of beer hahaah

I'm not looking at getting it tuned just yet. New turbo has to go on first ( just waiting on some cash for the lines, gate and manifold) but i'll hit Jez up and see what he can do for me.

Good plan, Jez is the man! lol

John, the percentage is the amount that the solenoid will open to release the pressure in the wastegate tube. So 20% means that the solenoid will open a fifth of the way to bypass the pressure on the wastegate actuator and release

it into the atmosphere.
