People who are working out a certain muscle group, only to flex a DIFFERENT muscle in the mirror for the next 5 minutes, before starting another set. GTFO of the gym.

No........ why draw a line. You flex in the mirror at all.......out.

that would be me .... I would rest between sets upto 20 min between a set (and leave the weights on too). But, I did try to go to the gym when hardly anyone was there.

Although that is crazy, it wouldnt be you Rev. I'm talking about people that either just don't know or just don't get it.

I feel a bit bad about this one, because everyone goes to the gym for their own reasons...but the guys you've seen at your gym for years, who come 4 times a week for hours and never progress (be it in strength or body size), nor do they have remotely good looking bodies worthy of calling it maintenance training. Y U gym for?
