Topgear Festival - Defect/rbt Setup

I suggest anyone in the blacktown/prospect area be on the lookout for HWP cars as they are out in force today.

Top Gear Festival at Sydney Motorsport Park today just happens to coincide with 24 HWP cars setting up the biggest RBT/defect station that you have ever seen on the GWH outside the gates.....and they keep telling us that they aren't targeting motor enthusiasts?

Not even James May could have talked his way out of that. Would be acceptable to have a couple of HWP cars patrolling making sure people werent being dicks when they leave but this. 24 officers at least there not finding the prick who did a hit and run on my the wednesday before. 24 officers not catching rapists or closing down drug labs selling to kids. Money well earned that one.

They are HWP, so shouldn't they be chasing down overloaded trucks doing 130 km/h, or busted up vehicles doing 70 in 100 zones?
