Single Turbo Vacuum Setup

Hi , i am new to the turbo world, i am getting my car single turbo, T78 with ebay manifold, 44mm wastegate no bov. The engine is not RB its a 2jz gte.

i have some questions.

1. I am not going to Run a bov, what should be the vacuum setup on this setup ? wastegate >intake manifold > manual boost controller? The compressor housing has no port for vacuum, what should be the reference?

2. Since T78 is journal bearing, i am not using an oil restrictor. What -AN size oil feed line and return line do you suggest ?

3. What oil catch can setup you suggest? removed PCV both intake and exhaust cam feeds to the catch can and return line with a filter. No return to intake manifold. Is this correct approach ?

4. Any other important points that you might want to share.

i can answer the vaccum one. you can use a line off the intake manifold, but i've always prefered using it from a feed that doesn't have vaccum. so just add a nipple onto the intercooler piping. i also prefer it being before the intercooler.
