400R - How good are they?

In actual fact there was 99 cars made of which only 44 were made available to the public , the rarest one is Champion Blue as linked to above that was for sale for approx £60,000 .

There was one yellow one also which is the first one ever made and which NISMO still own today :wassup:

i think i get it, only cos i'm half chinese and have heard the term used before. In my very little understanding of Japanese, i believe 'gaijin' should have be used, as a 'foreigner'??

400R is just a novelty, it is like looking at the fanciest mobile phone from 1995, it was cool at the time, but now it is overpriced and irrelevant.

There is no way it does 0-100 in 4 secs and 198mph with only 400hp.

For half the price of a 400R u could build a R33 10 times better and quicker

Sure you could build a faster / better R33 for half the price, but it will never be a genuine 400R, and some people are looking for that.... Just another point of view

you could buy two 33 GTR's in good nic and somebody's kidney on Ebay....

Sure, the GTR's wouldn't be a 400R and the kidney would taste like crap,but

100 grand.....
