Whats the sound like with the after market Air Intakes?

I want to know if there's a difference in sound with the length of the Air Intakes.

Short Ram vs Long Cold. Found this but doesn't talk about sound

I recently installed the stillen gen3 in my V36 350GT. It sounds a little deeper and a little louder. Its not a huge difference however.

Induction sound will be more pronounced.  Driving a stock one vs. driving my one had a huge difference in that crisp, deep induction coming from under the bonnet.  Long vs. Short isn't an argument you need to think about go long with a V36 to keep it far away from that hot engine block.

Yeah i'm keen for a better sound. I'm thinking the longer tube will make a large "sound wave" in the tube to give it a more aggressive sound.
