R33 Series 2 Steering Wheel Into Series 1?

Hey guys had a bit of a quick search but couldn't find anything. <br /><br />Just wondering if a series 2 steering wheel will fit into a series 1 r33( no air bag) obviously the air bag from thw series 2 wheel won't be connected, just want to know if it will actually fit on before I spend the money getting one <br /><br />Cheers<br /><br />Damian

probably not, Airbag wheels use a clock spring where as a non airbag wheel doesn't and just has a metal rod sticking out for the horn

It is a straight fit! I did it with mine already, I just had to cut the bracket a bit from memory and also take to series one plug for the horn and swap it with the series 2 plug
