Turbo Whine

HI I HAVE A R33 AND I REPLACED THE TURBO AS THERE WAS A WHINE NOISE COMING FROM THE POD FILTER AND WITH THE OTHER TURBO I PUT ON I STILL HAVE THE SAME NOISE COMING FROM THE POD FILTER ANY IDEAS ITS MORE OF A WHISTLE WHINE HISS SOUND WHEN COMES ON BOOST IT DEF COMES FROM THE POD FILTER????????
