Thats fine.. I just didnt think it would be easy to organise so many people.

Done. When a date is locked in (and the route we'll be taking), I can edit the first post to add those too.

We had a cruise with about 20 of us about 18 months ago, it was great.

This also... also need a nice spot for photos whos a photographer?

I wouldn't say I'm a photographer but I take the odd good photo with my DSLR :P (but sorry I don't take photo's of the ghey 10" wide rims)

and Craig as much as we want to get it done asap sh*t gets in the way and screws up plans. (Aaron's situation) Fricken spewin we couldn't get there this past weekend first we were all set to come Saturday then that went pear shaped and was told Sunday would be alright next thing I know its shit canned aswell, I wasn't impressed don't you worry!!!

***cough***

Putty road or Central Coast.

PS.....I'm not going unless I haz my new bar on!

I know what you mean..

Im waiting for my new wheels atm

fuarrkk lol just kidding this will be fun..

I would like my new exhaust to be here though before this happens, cant be cruising in a stock car with all these other weapons around.

Guys just keep in mind for us from south Syd. It would only be fair if you run accross south-north or north south with meeting points along the way and not just north-north please!

Also we should keep it as morning start so gives us enough time to finish early arvo.

Just a thought.

Well I live in the Blue Mountains, and neither end of this will be close to me; it can't really be helped. You can't please everyone, because we all live in different places.

You want to organise one closer to you; put forward your proposed route, and see if it gets up.

No point grizzling about the distance.

Agreed. and if you really want you could arrange your own southern meet up and all drive to lanecove.

Start at Penriff, over the mountains, out to Oberon via Jenolan & Shooters Hill then back down Bells Line.

No good for a weekend, but very nice midweek. ;)

    • I’d love to find some where that can recover the dashes to look brand new and original. Mine has a very slight bubble, nothing compared to some I’ve seen though
    • $170K. I asked one of the guys there as a joke if that price was just for the passenger seat as it was where the price sheet was... he tried really hard to crack a smile 😄 He also mentioned that every single part of the car was inspected and either restored or replaced with a new or as new part, or made from scratch. The interior was incredible, every inch like a new car.
    • Time for a modernisation, throw out the AFM, stock O2s, ECU into the e-waste bin. Rip out the cable throttle, IACV, pedal, etc. into the scrap metal bin. DBW, e-throttle, modern ECU, CANbus wideband, and the thing will drive better than when it left the factory.
    • I agree, don't go trusting those trims. As I said, first step is to put the logger away, and do the basics in diagnosis.   I spend plenty of time with data loggers. I also spend plenty of time teaching "technicians" why they need to stop using their data loggers, and learn real diagnostics.   The amount of data logs I play with would probably blow most people away. I don't just use it to diagnose. I log raw CAN data too, as a nice chunk of my job is reverse engineering what automotive manufacturers are doing.
    • I'm aware, but unless you're actually seeing the voltage the ECU is seeing and you're able to verify the sensors are actually working I find it hard to just trust STFT/LTFT. I will say, logging the ECU comes naturally to me because it's one of the lowest effort methods of diagnosis and I do similar things in my day job all the time. Staring at 20+ charts looking for something that isn't quite right isn't for everyone. NDS1 allows you to log almost everything so that's normally what I do and then sort out the data later.
