Karbonetic Carbon B-Pillar Garnish Set - Nissan Skyline R33

Hey guys, just wondering if someone could specify if these pillars (http://justjap.com/store/product.php?productid=20583), are actual replacement pillars or just covers like the Nismo ones?

Covers. And the pair I got didnt fit 100%. Can't really return them now as I cracked the sh!ts and threw one against a hard surface.

Just a suggestion, if they are looking a little worse for ware, perhaps wrap them, carbon look vinyl or even just a nice gloss black. A lot cheaper than those Karbonetic covers.

The issue was more that one side seems shorter than the other which is very strange, I'll put some pics up tomorrow and you guys can let me know what you think I should do haha!

gtstrk, yes, that was the problem with mine - one side was shorter and wouldnt fit. Will speak to Just Jap about it.

So as you can see this is the gaps I'm talking about on the stock pillars. You guys reckon that by using the covers on them it would be able to cover over the gaps?

Hmmm... There's a gap because you don't have a rubber seal around the pillars?......

I had mine wrapped in a carbon vinyl, coming on 2 year and they look the same as when they were first put on... Can pm/post pics if needed

Hmmm just had a look on the net and couldn't see the seal that you're talking about, looked the same just the gap slightly larger. Could be wrong though was hard to get a good picture. Anywhere good/reasonable pricing in Melbourne that would redo these seals?

Lol of course you can, but just have to be careful. But I know the r33 pillars are more fragile than the r34

Lol, hmmm... I'd start from the bottom, and just slowly wiggle it and hope for the best
