My r32 with rb20 130000kms peaks at 19 psi at 5 grand with highflow turbo boost controller is wound all the way down the car isn't tuned yet runs rich when spools coz black smoke comes out only when hits boost is this too much boost? It's been running it for 2 yrs said previous owner I have bought it drives like a new car tight as

How do I remove the turbosmart mbc I did a search to no avail.. There's is some clips and things the owner left in the car that are to do with the stock solenoid I think..?

I'd say the turbo has a stronger actuator on it if the boost controller is turned down. Means you can't turn the boost any lower. Just get the car tuned.
