Notification Issue

guys,

weird goings on with this:

I sort my mail locally ( private server-IBM3650, SBS2011,exchange server,outlook) and for some reason when I set up rules to sort the mail most of the SAU notification mails do not sort or will randomly sort.

this is the email addy it comes from:

Skylines Australia <[email protected]>

Skylines Australia <[email protected]>

and the mail11* is the only variance I can see.

any ideas here. I get a LOT of mail daily and this is getting mixed up in the business mail.

Can you not sort on the name?

The 'from' header remains intact;

From: Skylines Australia <[email protected]>

that works for me. In fact outlook rule keeps important stuff (sau mails) from junk (work mails)

I do not get the mail@ address. I sort by name and that occasionally works . I am getting a lot of mandrill app stuff and its making sorting interesting.

yeah the one I got for this says

Skylines Australia <[email protected]>; on behalf of; Skylines Australia <[email protected]>

Yep but the 'from' header is still there can't you sort on that? It might not be part of the mail display as such but it'll be in the headers.
