The nose cut, reosupport, is the same, prob the bonnet and I dont know about the guards.

Have a look at the posts for R34 coversion, the guys who have done this will know.

The bonnets are definitely different. The only part they share is the rad support. Everything else is different.

I have a pair of yellow ser2 guards if ur interested.
