Greddy Plenum Install

Hey guys just been installing my greddy plenum on my rb25det after following the awesome guide done in the DIY section but have a small question.

When replacing the old plenum with the new one I believe there are 5 bolts that are too long. I think there may be a few more that aren't perfect but just want to know which ones are too long? I have attached pic of bolts below.

Any help would be appreciated.

I can't help u on which bolts but get thread gauge or small screw driver and measure the depth and that way you will know pretty quick
