R33 Wont Start Help!

Hey guys,

need some help with getting this r33 started.

i replaced the motor, due to it being blown. i put everything back as it came out.

once i connected the battery, it started smoking up. so i took it off asap. after some playing around i disconnected the 2 earths that are screwed onto the body in the engine bay under the fuse box, reconnected the battery and it didnt smoke up and gave power to all electrics but car still wont start.

i disconnected the Viper alarm hoping it was the alarm but nope, still didnt work.

i checked all the fuses and changed all the fuses in the engine bay just to be safe and still doesnt start.

i tried another ECU and didnt make a difference.

has anyone got any ideas??

doesnt have an immobiliser ?

Need more info.. have you checked its getting fuel, has spark, good earth on the motor? does it crank over at all? what series motor did you replace it with? ie S1 into a S1?

Make sure you have got the fuel lines to the fuel rail around the correct way-easy to get wrong.
