R34 Wheel Thread Issues, How To Replace?

HI Guys/Girls

Was fitting a new set of wheel nuts today on my R34 and noticed that on the rear passenger side and front pass side 1 thread on each of the hubs was rusty and very short. How do I go about replacing them new ones and what part or parts do I need? Car is a 98 GT-T.
