Those are the disks that I got :)

Thanx for the offer to give me a hand. :)

I'm going to pull the brakes out on the weekend push the pistons back in and give it a good overhaul.

Another flush and I think from the improvement that this flush made it should fix it.

I think that possibly the little floating black bits of crap that was in the fluid possibly "Like you said" made the pistions a little sticky or even made the fluid compress a little hence loosing pressure on the fronts. :D

If that doesn't fix it totally i'm going to give the callipers a hone and slap a kit through them.

Then after all that it will probably still be the master cyclinder.. :)

I was using the PBR Dot 4 as it was the only fluid that stated the boiling pont of 280degrees.

I might also grab another set of Ultimates for the front and slap them in as i noticed the pads are around 5mm. I remember reading some where that you are supposed to replace the pads when they become the thickness of the back plate.

Which they are.. Damn they went quick.. Only lasted 20,000km's

Joel - so you think the problem came from the thickness and used brake fluid? Well I haven't changed the fluid for the last 10k's so I'll probably be doing it this weekend.

What else did you do to check the problem? did you take out the pads at all and see if anything was around them?

Well mine appears to be.

I did have a quick look at the pads and they are all ok..

They all have the same wear rate so all i can think is that when i did the rear brakes which was after the front say a few months because I didn't bleed the fronts only the rears the rear fluid would not compress where as the front fluid would due to it having crap in it..
