What type of clutch are you using? Stock, yes, your clutch is getting worn. Aftermarkets like Twin Plates and Super Singles and such naturally bite quickly, but a stock clutch should be almost as soft as a cushioned ceramic. Under what circumstances does it shudder? What load/rpm/gear range?

best way to tell if its on the way out is put it in a high gear at low speed and put your foot down. If it starts slipping then you need a new clutch, if not then keep using it if you want

5th gear, 40kmh, foot down. usually does the trick

Hey guys i have the same problem with the shutter so i replaced the clutch with a 3 puk heavy duty and the shutter is still there if anything its worse. Can any one suggest anything? flywheel? gearbox? It happens on take off and chopping down to lower gears.
