Power Folding Mirrors

Hey guys,

My mirror got smacked off, so I've decided to get power folding mirrors (oem not after market if it affects installation in any way). Just wondering how do I install these? My car is used to its mirrors staying open, how will it all of a sudden know that it needs to fold its mirrors? Do I need to run a new circuit or something?
Probably a stupid question, but I am fairly new to this. Any help would be appreciated.

Wait what? What do you mean? The car doesn't 'know' that it needs to fold it's mirrors, there is a button next to the power window buttons that you press to fold the mirrors in.

Ahhh if only I had known. I've juat purchased the car that's why I had no clue.

So do you have the button? Actually having said that I didn't realise mine could fold until a full month after having the car................................
