bleed valve

i've hooked a few valves up in other cars but did my mates in his skyline and it don't make any difference its a r33 with standard ic pipping off the lil vacum nipple i put it as:

nipple

|

standard boost solenoid

|

|-------- bleed valve

|

wastegate

wat am i doing wrong it runs 7 pounds without the standard boost solenoid and 9 with it and bleed valve aint doin nothin

wat else can i try

Take the standard boost solenoid off and put the bleed in its place

yeah i tried that to

i'm thinkin it might be his wastegate ??

maybe not sure

any other sugestions
