R33 Gtr Turbo Upgrade

Im looking to upgrade the turbo's in my R33 GTR, ive looked around a bit and found some turbo kits that look like you can just exchange the ceramic turbine for a stainless one. it looks cheaper but after assembly would you be better off just buying the full turbo replacement set? This is for a N1 upgrade by the way.
