Update, May actually be able to make it, turns out its only going to be a $500~ fix and should be down by next week.

And the Z was second hand and an 09 model so no new warranty, and the dealer i bought it from apparently screwed me on there warranty.... oh well much cheaper than it was going to be and far less of a wait (was going to be 6-8 weeks from japan if it was the other part)
