Rb30 Carb To Efi Conversion

Gday all,

Just after some infomation about a carb to efi swap, i have the carb motor and have bought a efi motor out of a skyline. Just want to know the best way either swap the efi gear onto the carb motor or modify the efi motor to go into my patrol.

Swap the EFI RB head onto the RB30.

Assuming it is a petrol carby motor.
Dunno much about patrols, RB30, RD30 motor?


My mate has an RB25 Head on an RB30 is his GQ Patrol...

Being a patrol - big and heavy, swap the head.

But if you just want EFI, just drop the RB25 motor in.

Again - assuming it's a 25.
Could be a 20.
Ya didn't say what motor the EFI one was.
