Help with bushes

I have discovered a slight knocking from my front left hand side wheel which appears to be worn out bushes. I can move the entire arm half a cm or so..

I was wondering if someone could please help me select or recommend some decent bushes for my R32 GTS-T top arms (i might as well replace both). If you have part numbers that would also be great.

Is it better common practice to replace bushes on all four corners on the car? Or can i get away with just replacing the left and right hand front ends.

My opinion is do the lot but its your choice really, dunno about GTST but r32 GTR camber kit was around $300 from whiteline or nolathane. rear kit was $140.
