Brake Pads Replacement For V36 Coupe Type Sp

Hi guys, I m just wondering what brand and type of brake pads that you use to replace the pads for a v36 type SP coupe.

Apparently what we have a pretty high performance "special" pads which cost around nzd800 to replace. Is that true? If not, what is the usual price? Any advice is appreciated.

Go the QFM HPX or the Remsa pads - at around $100 an AXLE you can't go wrong and are great pads. Every bit as good if not better than the oem pads.

Thanks Andrew! So this is for the bigger pads for the 4 caliper brakes in the Type SP? $100 seems very good price!

I am not 100% sure on the sizing - are the Akebono calipers the same size as the Brembos? I have Brembos and the pads fitted fine - I assume the SP Akebonos use the same pads as Brembos. And yes, they are dirt cheap, but are very good. I have run QFM HPXs on my S15, R34 and now V35 and cannot fault them.

would these pads be the exact same for the Sedan version? 2006 V36 350GT SP?

or should I be looking for something different.

Yes, will these pads fit into a 2008 V36 coupe Type SP? Are the brakes for the v35 similar to the v36 coupe? Thanks guys!
