R33 Upgrades

Hi guys, i have recently purchased an R33 gtst it's basically stock other than front mount and exhaust system. Am looking at an easy way to get that little bit more power without doing extensive motor work(internals etc) some feedback on turbos etc would be great, just an idea on what other people are running cheers.
