Tomei Poncams To Fit

I have a pair of Tomei Poncams for a series 2 R33, VCT retained. But my car is a series 1 R33... Can these Cams be fitted to my car, would they need machining?

you have to change to a s2 cas if you want to use them.

You can check the exhaust cam end to confirm if you will need a new CAS or not. Easiest thing would be to fit a CAS to the cam. If you have a spare one this would be more ideal as you wouldnt have to re-set your timing on your car

More than likely you will need the Hitatchi CAS (late R33/All R34) instead of the Mitsubushi CAS but if you already have them, can't hurt to look.
