R33 S1 Hid - Low Beam Turn Off When Using High Beams

Recommended Posts

mine do that too, im pretty sure its something that was done from factory, when i got my skyline i was told by the putting my car through pits that both had to be on, i argued it with him saying thats how it is and he went and looked it up, they both dont have to be on,

i did search on here incase i did have to fix it, i think you have to do some soldering in the steering column if you want both to stay on

It's easy

Remove the light stalk

2 or 3 screws from memory and pull it out

solder over 2 links (its on SAU)

all done

I have done it to 3 cars now and it takes 1 min to remove and 1 min to reinstall

time taken to solder 2 spots added equal about 10 min job
