That's good they resurfaced it. I might go back there later in the year. Hate sandown in the rain. So scetchy with so many walls. Don't mind rain, just not at sandown.

just to clarify they have not resurfaced the enrire track, from what I ahve gathered it is around 1/3 of it

thus why closed dec-> april

still better than nothing.

Turn 4 is new and from turn 11 to the start finish is new. They have taken the big bumps out (with the exception of the run into turn 1 and 6)

Sandown wouldn't be Sandown without the bumps into 1.

No cage needed...just a helmet and fire extinguisher..

I've been to Lakeside, that I suppose was just an introduction to the true QLD experience.

I'm tipping thing will beat Calder Dome however.
