040122
When i turn the key to off, the motor and electronics all stay on. I have to stall the car and disconnect the battery to turn it off. I've done a bit of reading and some say ignition switch, some say ignition barrel. Some say the ignition switch is the ignition barrel. So im starting to get lost with what to replace. Some opinions and advice would be greatly appreciated, cheers guys. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/424824-my-32-wont-turn-offwtf/ Share on other sites
Ben C34
The ignition switch is the ignition barrel. Replace that. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/424824-my-32-wont-turn-offwtf/#findComment-6842290 Share on other sites
pkiss01
You could possibly install a kill switch as a temporary fix very easy to do. I put one in my r31 the other day just put a switch in the main power wire (the one with constant power) to the ignition barrel added security as well. 040122
K is it possible to get a new barrel to suit your original key? I don't really want to use two keys all the time.
