My 32 Won't Turn Off.....wtf

When i turn the key to off, the motor and electronics all stay on. I have to stall the car and disconnect the battery to turn it off. I've done a bit of reading and some say ignition switch, some say ignition barrel. Some say the ignition switch is the ignition barrel. So im starting to get lost with what to replace.

Some opinions and advice would be greatly appreciated, cheers guys.

The ignition switch is the ignition barrel. Replace that.

You could possibly install a kill switch as a temporary fix very easy to do. I put one in my r31 the other day just put a switch in the main power wire (the one with constant power) to the ignition barrel added security as well.

hey mate I have a working r32 ignition barrel and key if it turns out thats what you need

K is it possible to get a new barrel to suit your original key? I don't really want to use two keys all the time.

locksmiths can easily re key locks.
