How did the buyer find the car? Eg. Local contact, car sales,gumtree, etc.

Also were they a local buyer?

I am becoming quite tempted by a V36. And am considering putting my V35 up for sale.

hey greg,

well i had the car advertised on carsales, gumtree, boostcruising, local pocket trader and about 4 different local facebook pages. the buyer told me that his mate showed him my advert on the local fb page. he has actually been wanting a V35 for about 12 months so he grabbed it pretty quick. to be honest i only got 2 inquiries from gumtree and 1 from carsales but a shit load of views and a fair few people had favourited or saved my ad.

Thanks. That is helpful. Considering the 'buyers market' at the moment most have a lot of trouble selling imports. I was quite impressed how quick yours sold, and for darn close to your original asking price. And in a regional location too! So it is certainly good to learn your 'secret'

yeah very true. ah well when i first advertised it i thought it'd sell locally quite fast simply because there's only like 3 in town and it turns a lot of heads etc.

i don't think you'll have a problem selling yours
