Hks Gt2540 On Rb25 Neo

Just after some info on this turbo and set up.

I has a t25 flange instead of the t4 flange which i have sorted,

Will my standard dump pipe connect to the turbo.

How much will my standard injectors hold with bigger fuel pump

and fule pressure regulator,

How much possible power could i expect to make on this set up.

A lot of question but i picked up the turbo cheap cheap. so going ahead with it.

Standard Injectors usually run out anywhere between 210-230kw, if you get drop ins then a regulator is not needed. All depends on what you want to do.

Other 2540's usually make ~240kw and it is usually all in pretty quick.

injectors are on the list but dont have the yet, will get the at some stage, just want to get the turbo on with fuel pump, fuel preassure regulator and z32 and custom intake.

so they should be able to handle 230 rwkw?

most tuners wont take ya stock injectors past like 210 afm and injectors should be done at same time in a perfect world

Yeah mine is at 215kw with a highflow and maxing the stock injectors

gtr injectors any good, there rated at 444cc arent they?

It all depends on what you want from your car. However, i think GTR injectors are low impedance and GT-T injectors are high impedance. (can someone confirm this)
If you think the power bug will bite, even if you just make the switch from 98 to E85, i would just go for some ID1000's. They are relatively easy fit for a neo from what i have read, plenty on the forums about fitting them.
If not, just get a set of direct fit sards, nismos (insert brand here) 550's it will be a lot easier in the long run.

The power bug bit ages ago coming from a 338 rwkw vz ss and a twin turbo ve ssv

to a nistuned 34, been a long time waiting, wont ever go back to a v8 though

yeah but to much power. want about 260 to 270 and mid rpm punch, response monster! MAYBE

stock cams are fine. If my poor old thing can get close to 300 rwkw on pump fuel with stock motor than yours should be no worries

for a neo just get Siemens Deka 80lb injectors.. they are a drop in, just need to change plug (can get adaptors) cheap at $350 a set new
